Compact Revolution
Technology

Revotek valves and modules deliver a flexible, application-specific system architecture on a ‘configure-to-order’ basis. The modular approach offers greater efficiency in meeting your operational, commercial and environmental challenges.

Pre-engineered and pre-qualified valves, connectors, latches and peripheral assemblies integrate seamlessly into your systems for interchangeable reliability. Compact and lightweight hardware ensures safer handling and minimal hydraulic consumption, while delivering best-in-class valve performance for the most challenging operations.

Valves are easily scaled to cope with all well-bore sizes and pressures, to cut all intervention media and to meet the challenging confines of in-riser and lightweight open-water risered or riserless systems. The technology is endurance tested over hundreds of cycles and validated to rigorous API 17G 3rd edition standards, including our HPHT range (20KSI / 350F).

Unique Circular
Efficiency

Our unique valve design uses a powerful rotating shear-seal action with a novel gap-separated cutting plane to protect the sealing elements from damage.

Circular efficiencies are maximised with two space-saving rotary actuators which, in the in-riser valve are housed within the valve body, and in the open-water valve minimise protrusion while remaining isolated from wellbore fluids and debris ingress.

Efficiently converting hydraulic power to torque and shearing force, our actuators provide superior cutting performance and super-fast response times. Vastly reduce hydraulic fluid volume requirements means the size of the surface control system can be minimised for even greater system-wide efficiencies.

Revotek

More Power - Less Space

The Revolution concept at the heart of our valves means they are significantly more compact due to three key design elements:

Power interactive

70% less hydraulic fluid volume

Minimises valve size and control system footprint

Compact rotary actuators

Maximum torque and minimal protrusion for space saving efficiency

Rotary shear-seal mechanism

Rotating shear-seal action with a novel gap-separated cutting plane to protect the sealing elements

Circular Efficiency
Expanded

The Revolution principle is applied to our entire Revotek range where form is optimised to improve function.

From valves, to controls and systems, we embed efficiency with simple integrations, direct drive and minimised mechanical losses.

Innovation beneath the surface

Revotek valves sit at the heart of subsea intervention systems around the world.

From in-riser and open-water completions, to workovers on high-pressure assets using floating MODU's, or lightweight open-water P&A using Jack-Ups, and everything in between.
Compact, lightweight versatility makes Revotek the only choice:
  • - Surface intervention operations
  • - Through BOP in-riser system (TBIRS) intervention operations
  • - Open-water intervention risered system (OWIRS) operations
  • - Subsea open-water riserless light-well intervention (RLWI)
  • - P&A or production enhancement interventions on mature assets
  • - Capping stacks for emergency well containment
